in 1995 Blue Dart further cemented its dominance when it acquired two of the Boeing 737-200 cargo aircraft becoming the first non-governmental entity to operate cargo aircraft in India. Through strategic expansions as well as technological advances the company reached new heights and crossed the milestone of 100 crores in revenue just a few years after beginning.

The vision of Tushar was well beyond the borders of the United States. In 2002 Blue Dart severed ties with Federal Express and inked a massive deal with the world-renowned DHL. The deal took Blue Dart to unprecedented heights and culminated in DHL's acquisition of the company at 730 million in 2004.
